Before you book

The policy section turns important expectations into language clients can understand before reserving.

Extension drop-off

Extensions requiring coloring, tinting, or plucking must be dropped off at least one week before the appointment. Timely preparation cannot be guaranteed for late drop-offs.

Hair preparation

Arrive with hair washed, fully detangled, and blow-dried. A $25 preparation fee may be added when hair is not ready for service.

Changes and late arrivals

Confirm add-ons or appointment changes at least 48 hours in advance. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Deposits and cancellations

Deposits and completed services are nonrefundable. Reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment to transfer a deposit. Deposits expire after 90 days. All sales are final.
